This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to information that we gather from you as you use the Services.

Personal Information: means information about an identifiable individual including, but not limited to, the User’s billing address and credit card payment information.

Services: means the services provided by Money Finder including, but not limited to, use of the Site or Software, the provision of free financial planning content and any financial advice provided through the aforementioned methods or any other method from Money Finder.

Site: means CacheFlo’s website hosted at www.cacheflo.co and any associated sub-domains.

Software: means the Behavioural Cash Flow Management web client software offered on the Site, which generates cash flow strategies for use by the User or by a User’s client.

User (variously, “you” or “your”): an individual who accesses and uses the Services including, but not limited to, financial advisors and their clients.


Minors

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, be sure to obtain your parent or guardian's permission before you submit any Personal Information through the tool, or anyone else. We encourage parents to get involved with their children's online usage and to be aware of the activities in which they are participating.


Collection of your Information

We only collect Information that we believe is reasonably necessary for a legitimate purpose, as further described below.  In offering you the Services, we may collect Personal Information that you, or another, provides directly to us by filling in forms, and Non-Identifiable Information that we collect from cookies or tracking software we utilize. In addition to Information collected while you use the Site or Software, we may also collect Information in other ways such as over the phone, via email and through location tracking devices as further described below.

The choice to provide us with Personal Information is yours.  In certain cases, your decision to withhold Information may limit the Services that we can provide to you.

Only the Information necessary to perform the services under the contract is given to the supplier. Under their contracts with us, our suppliers may use such Information only to carry out the contracted service and must not store or use the Information for any other purpose. Our contracts with suppliers require that they provide a level of protection for your Information that is comparable to our own.

To ensure that your Personal Information is secure, we have put in place commercially suitable procedures to safeguard the Information we collect against unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. Nonetheless, the transmission of information on the internet is not completely secure. Software: means the Behavioural Cash Flow Management web client software offered on the Site, which generates cash flow strategies for use by the User or by a User’s client.

Personal Information is retained on file as long as a user's account is active. Once an account is deactivated by an individual, professional, organization, or by CacheFlo itself, the data, except transaction data, is retained for up to 90 days. Transaction data is retained for as long as required for accounting purposes, as dictated by the presiding tax authority and standard accounting practices. Information within deactivated accounts is deleted from our systems after the data retention period ends. There are some case-by-case exceptions to this policy for enterprise customers who’ve elected an alternate data retention time frame. Professional continuing education records are maintained indefinitely.  


Use of your Information

In order for us to locate your information, you must include the first name, last name and email associated with the user's account. In most cases, all user data held by CacheFlo is already available to the user via their Winton account.
